Your protector is warranted for 5 years against defects in
workmanship and material. Purchaser responsible for transportation cost. This warranty will apply only if protector is received in good
condition. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse or
not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty.

BED BUG CERTIFIED: (Zippered Mattress and Box Spring Encasements)
This product has been tested by a Board Certified Entomologist. Test results show this product to pass the "Penetration - Escape Test" when dealing with infestations of bed bugs.
JT Eaton or AllPestPro.com is not liable for damages occurring to the mattress or to the consumer.
DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION:
Apply the protector on top of mattress with the soft side to the outside
and the laminated side touching the mattress. Zipper is warranted for one year.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Cold water wash with regular detergent. No bleach.
Dry on low to medium heat. (Will dry quickly – approximately 15 minutes.)
WARNING:
This is not a toy. To avoid danger of suffocation, store this plastic bag and encasement when not in use away from babies and small children.
