SHIPPING: - The default shipping method will always show "UPS Ground" However, your items may also be Shipped by USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Items weighing under 13 ounces are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Items marked as Free Shipping are always shipped by a method of our choice. (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail) if you have a P.O. Box address, please include it in your shipping address and always include your physical address.

Havahart Traps are shipped UPS Ground

Aerosols cannot be transported in any aircraft and can only be shipped UPS Ground or Parcel Post. Please check the product description for possible shipping restrictions to your state.

We do not ship internationally. International orders will be canceled and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

AllPest Professional Products is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or the United States Postal Service, as this is beyond the physical control of AllPest Professional Products.

Products damaged during shipping will be replaced. Any damaged item must be returned along with the original packaging.
You must notify us via e-mail at Shipping@allpest.com within 48 hours of a confirmed delivery to qualify for a full replacement.

RETURNS: Any returned product must be in resale condition and must be in the original package and must be unopened and unused. We deduct all shipping & handling charges we originally paid to ship your item(s). However, no shipping or handling charges will be deducted if Items were returned to us because they were damaged during shipment as indicated above

  • We process credit cards at your request and with your authorization. If you submit a credit card as payment, you warrant to us that you have provided true and accurate card information and that you are fully authorized to use any credit card that you submit to our service. Should any credit card fraud of any kind be committed in conjunction with any purchases from our store, we will prosecute the person or persons committing such fraud to the fullest extent of the law.

  • We sell our products in good faith to our customers. Any fraudulent credit card charge backs initiated by the purchaser against AllPest Professional Products will not release you from your legal financial responsibility for any products you have purchased from our store.

As such, AllPestPro.com does not warranty the safety or the effectiveness of any of the products sold on this website. Any warranty or guarantee of safety, merchantability or fitness for any particular use lies solely with the manufacturer.
